In the event Buyer does not timely elect to purchase the Personal Property, or the parties do not reach written agreement, Seller shall remove all Personal Property from the Property on or before Closing. Seller is related to the listing agent. Seller agrees to provide the buyer with a $5,000 Seller Concession towards the buyers closing costs.
