As soon as you enter the house, you step into the sun-drenched spacious living room overlooking the large pool & the beautiful long lake with its amazing all-day sun from sunrise-to-sunset. The spacious sundeck and terrace with plenty of space to barbeque and enjoy endless days and evenings with family and friends. Comfortable sun loungers and a dining table leave nothing to wish for. In the colder winter month, the electric heated pool ensures pleasant pool temperatures. The home has a modern white and well-equipped kitchen with friendly granite counter tops, with an adjoining dining room and breakfast nook. The living room offers a large TV and internet access. The main bedroom with direct access to the electric and solar heated pool is furnished with a king bed & large TV. The spacious primary bathroom has a double sink, a separate tub & shower with a separated toilet closet. Attached is a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom also with direct access to the pool area, is comfortably furnished with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom offers a queen size bed with a TV. A 2 car garage offers enough space for your car and your bicycles or other sport equipment you might bring along. Briarwood is a 24 hour guard gated community, offering 2 community pools (1 Olympic size pool), 2 pickle ball courts, 1 tennis court, beach volleyball, soccer field, a basketball field, a club room and a playground for the kids.
