Great price on this timber land that still has some merch timber. The fire went through this area several years ago, but some of the timber made it through just fine. The seller logged about 12 acres of it and reports getting about 10 loads per acre on average. The property is right across the highway from the Big Cliff Reservoir on the North Santiam river and Detroit Lake is just a few minutes away. This area is a recreational paradise with fishing, swimming, boating, hunting, hiking, etc... all right there.
