There are multiple places to sit, a community room for large events, units available for guests (hotel-style, and for a fee), a pool, and a gym. It's one of the premiere buildings in the east end. Unit 212 just underwent a soup-to-nuts renovation—while still retaining some of the original charm. In the entry, original parquet wood flooring ushers you in. A large coat closet and entry area make for an ideal landing spot. The living room and dining room both face south, share an attached balcony, and are sun-soaked. Open to the dining room and living room, this is where you’ll spend the lion's share of your time.
