The community offers a sparkling community pool (heated year round) and is centrally located close to Old Route 41 and lots of shopping, retail and dining destinations. With a prime location in Bonita Springs, you will enjoy easy access to I-75, the SWFL International airport, world class dining, shopping, entertainment, beautiful white-sand SW Florida beaches and much more! The entryway and living room offer plenty of natural light and open up to the dining room. You'll enjoy the comfortable living room furnishings and a 55-inch TV. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Some of these items include: * Beach-cart and Beach items * Smart Accu Vacuum Cleaner Tineco Pure One X * Electric hard floor cleaner (Bissell Crosswave pro) * Hair Dryer (s) * Mr. Coffee (Drip coffee pot) & a Delonghi Espresso Machine *Minimum stay required by the HOA is 30 Days / 1 Full Month (28 days in February). *35 Day Prior HOA Application Process through Tenant EV is required for all reservations.
