A mixture of native brush and trees on north side of property and an old field that has mesquite and huisache growth scattered over it. Property has wildlife habitat area for deer, hogs, turkeys, quail, dove, etc. Some large Live oak and bull mesquites trees located near the center with numerous native woodies, forbs, cacti, along with some yucca plants. A small tank, dry now, which water was pumped into years ago to provide water for livestock and wildlife. There are a few areas that would provide a good location for food plots.
