Tiny home B is 10x36 with bedroom, loft (10x15), bathroom, kitchen and living space. It also has a custom build-in gas stove imported from Italy as well as a dishwasher. Total size is 510 Sq. ft. In addition, there is a large 2 car garage with plenty of storage space. The North Fork of Clear Creek runs behind the homes and did NOT flood during the heavyt rains in 2024.
