The heating system is oil with supplemental heat and air conditioning provided by mini-split units. House has solar panes for electric and there is a propane fueled automatic generator in case of emergencies. House has municipal water and sewer. Tenants will be responsible to cut the grass and remove snow. There is a flat fee of $300.00 per month for utilities which includes electric, heat, water and sewer, as well as hot water.
