Broker lease application fee is $75 per adult (18+). Tenant must have a minimum 600 credit score with clean history for approval. Applicants must include a clear copy of their driver's license, doc with SS info, proof of funds and last 2 pay stubs for employment and income verification. HOA approval required with $25 registration fee and $200 security deposit payable to Ivy Lake Estates. Tenant is also responsible to obtain a vehicle gate access sticker for each vehicle that’s either $20 or $25 per sticker based on the type of vehicle you have. First month's rent of $4,600 and $6,900 security deposit are due upon lease approval.
