000 Middle Road

The Farm is currently being used as a working grain farm and hunting tract. Middle Road splits this 134 acres almost into equal tracts of around 67 acres. The cleared land scales 78 acres and the farm is eing sold subject to the 2026 crop lease. On the north side of the road the soil will support septic tanks. The fields are up front and the 50 acres of timber slopes down to Beaver Creek. There's a small 2 acre field hidden along the creek bank on a sandy ridge.
