The bath features a tiled shower, sink, toilet and electric hot water Reni unit. Stairs lead to an encapsulated loft. Exterior amenities: A 6-tall vinyl fence with lighting surrounds the rear of the property, with a 3-tall vinyl fence on both sides of the front of the property.
