I have been asked so many times to find a small lot on a great street that abuts conservation land. There is an approved VT Waste Water Permit for a (3) bedroom residence. Also allowed by the current Covenants and Restrictions is the construction of a single family residence, 4-car garage, one guest house and one barn.
