Downstairs you'll find a 'Library' with built-in bookcases, a king sized bed and closet that also walks into a storage area the owners have named 'The cave'. The Den with an attached half bath, now has a queen bed and closet. And a third room, called the Family Room presently has a trundle, a double bed, closet and attached Jack-and-Jill half bath. Both levels total 1244 square feet plus the loft that is 8 by 10. The lower level is all carpeted with two doors that take you out to a very inviting stone patio.
