The seller bought the lots on a tax deed and has never visited this parcel. Therefore, there is a limited amount of information available, so a prospective buyer should exercise due diligence regarding intended use of the property. Lake Area Title closed the sale for our current seller and advised that title insurance would not be available until the previous seller purchased the property, That date was 1/12/2023. However, it was also stated that an attorney or title underwriter could be hired at some expense if our buyer required clear title or a quiet title ownership. Our seller would not be able to provide funds for that process.
