This diverse WRP tract along the Arkansas River is ready for new ownership. Positioned between Frog Bayou WMA and the river, it’s ideally located for traveling wildlife. The landscape features young bottomland hardwoods and aquatic vegetation that create excellent habitat for deer and waterfowl. The property offers more for wildlife than expected. With transition areas and small meadows, the habitat is ideal. The NRCS approved three food plots within thick volunteer growth bedding areas, plus perimeter trails providing access to stand sites for varying wind directions.
