Picture yourself whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen while chatting with loved ones, who can relax in the cozy den or enjoy snacks in the lovely eat-in breakfast area. And for those who love the outdoors, the enormous fenced-in backyard is absolutely perfect for gatherings and fun! We can't wait for you to call it HOME. Since the owner has the utilities in their name, you won't need to worry about security deposits or switching anything over. Instead, we simply charge a monthly utility fee reflecting usage, making life a little easier for you. ONLY SMALL PETS UNDER 20 pounds are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00. We have one security camera monitor by the garage, located on the outside of the home. There is also a security camera monitor on the back outside of the house and one on the front door on the outside of the house. There are no cameras located inside the home.
