A comfortable stroll from Penfield Beach, Veterans Park, and Lighthouse Point, you can fill each day with fun outdoor activities and a little taste of Beach Life. After a day on the water, come back ashore and check out Fairfield's vibrant downtown, which boasts and array of dining shopping, and entertainment options. Fairfield Beach is popular with runners, bikers, paddle-boarders, kayakers, and just general lovers of all things summer - come see what all the excitement is about! Tenant to have the home professionally cleaned at least every other week. Availability is between 6/1/2026 and 8/28/2026. Lighthouse Point is accessed through a public easement on a private driveway on Fairfield Beach Rd across from College Pl. The reef at Lighthouse Point is public, but the beaches are private. Please do not use private beaches for sunbathing, rather take the short trip to Penfield Beach.
