This is a Yacht Club slip; purchase of the slip requires purchase of membership in the Longboat Key Club. Direct access to Sarasota Bay and the ICW. The deep water marina is as much a luxury resort as any other neighborhood on the island, thanks to individual slip ownership, a Mediterranean-style village that includes restaurants, shopping (close to Publix, CVS, and other specialty shops), recreational and social activities, on-site maintenance and concierge services. Yacht Club members have access to private Yacht Club facility which includes private clubhouse with TV, conference table, comfortable furnishings just for relaxing.
