Some find more comfort with finding a flat lot on the valley floor on a public street with a patch of lawn and fenced from the neighbors on all sides and the sounds of the city. Some find comfort living in a forested neighborhood away from the public streets and sounds of the city. Look more closely at these moderately upslope lots and you will find them to be reasonably buildable in private, quiet living style surrounded by acres of wooded nature in an established, well-maintained neighborhood. Studio e Architecture helped develop a mid-sized concept house plan customizable to a new owner's tastes to tuck into the hillside of these unique lots. The design captures the Lots' natural features. We preserved a grove of healthy mature trees at the back of the lots. Enjoy all of the many acres of undeveloped forested properties in all directions while in the back yard and decks which are permanently preserved as open, unfenced common areas owned and managed by the planned communities developed /built years ago. There is lots of unimpeded connected common property for wildlife. Filtered views towards the city and beyond. The concept house design is included for an owner to adjust /finish to their lifestyle; or just to illustrate the design possibilities as an example of the potential to build an affordable home in the desirable Southwest Hills.
