You also get your very own fenced in courtyard patio area with your very own hot tub!! Everything is included, all utilities, linens, towels, paper products etc. You just pay the one small yearly fee each year and that's it! You get a prime vacation week at the beach every year!! Not only are you close to the beach and bay, but this vibrant community offers plenty of amenities including a heated Indoor pool, exercise room & sauna, pickleball & tennis courts, basketball, as well as in close proximity to Northside Park, plenty of restaurants, shopping and groceries. For your convenience linens and towels are provided as well as free wi-fi and free parking. Deeded and can be yours for your enjoyment or you have the option to let friends and family rent it or join trading company to travel to other locations.!!
