The top floor contains a 4-twin bed bunk-room with a jack and jill bathroom and large shower that joins the 2nd family room, equipped with an additional twin bed, gaming table, wet bar, tv, couch and balcony with amazing views of the ocean. Equipped with a 4 level elevator, your family and friends will have effortless access to all the areas of this amazing vacation home. Tennis, Pickleball, and basketball courts are just a bike ride or golf cart ride away, as are two play grounds, a dog park and a county park right on the ocean.
