7,500 Maple taps are on the 175 acres with 500 additional taps on Seller reserved land available to be leased. Historically each tap has produced five pounds of Maple syrup. The woodland has an extensive interior woods roads network and a high vacuum pipeline system in place which is included in the sale. Tap lines were professionally laid out. The land starts at just under 1200 feet elevation and then continues in the back to under 1,000 feet.--ANR map is available for review.
