The current owner was having the property prepared for building a home but recently decided not to proceed. However, the driveway was cut in and permit fees were paid to the Town. A new permit for a similar home would still run a new owner about $15,700 and includes the water and sewer tap fees. Note the tax rolls show the address as 107 Chicory Lane but the property should be identified as 1463 Pine Ridge Rd. The old permit showed 1465 but once a house is built the actual postal address of 1463 Pine Ridge Rd will be valid. There is no legal access from Chicory Lane.
