This spectacular, historic Kerrytown home, impeccably maintained since its gut remodel in 2014 is within walking distance of the downtown's boutiques and restaurants. Redesigned by historical preservation architects, Mitchell and Mouat, it was stripped inside, down to the studs, to create a solid foundation for new oak flooring throughout, laid over restructured, leveled floor joists, and restored with all new HVAC, copper plumbing, solid wood doors and custom wood window replications of the home's original design.
