There is open parking directly adjacent to the condo building and at the front of the home there's a covered front door entry and a semi-private courtyard area - accessible through the sliding glass door from the dining area - perfect for outdoor play, grilling or friend and family gatherings. For extra enjoyment, the Villages at Shadow Bay community offers 2 community pools plus it's ideal location makes this home just minutes from local attractions like Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and the bustling Loop Shopping Center.
