Full access to the clubhouse with 8 toilets, 8 showers (with dressing rooms), internet, boater's lounge, laundry (2 washers, 2 dryers), and a newer pool. Great boat access to the ocean and the bay; the marina was dredged in winter of 2015. Easy access to the beaches and boardwalk with plenty of amusement, water parks, food and shopping.
