Consider this my gift to all the investors out there- a fixer upper in Freeport. Its gonna be the hottest thing this season, crowds will be lining up and there is ONLY ONE! First one in line gets to see this 2-3 bed home right in town. Its on Washington st, so it's just a quick walk or an even quicker roll to get downtown. It has 2 beds upstairs and a finished basement with a closet and egress to make 3. There is a nice sized living room off the wrap around porch that leads to an eat-in kitchen and the full bath. You're probably gonna want to put flooring, paint, new fixtures, and some other odds and ends on the list this year. And this place is begging for some French doors leading to a deck out the back- but maybe thats something to ask for next year?
