The landscaping is beautiful, with over 100 rose bushes bringing various colors and charm to the front and back yards. The back yard also features a gas-lighted fire pit and adjoining seating bench to help keep folks warm during cooler winter evenings. The living room and primary bedroom feature stunning views of the Palomar Mountains, with colorful sunrises. The garage is over-sized to fit two cars and tandem storage space at the back and plenty of room for cabinets and wall units along the sides. The Morgan Hill HOA clubhouse is located on the next street to the south, and it hosts a pool, spa, fitness center, billiards room, playgrounds, and sports courts. The prestigious, public Great Oak High School is a few minutes away by car. Interstate 15 and Old Town Temecula are about five miles by car. Temecula Wine County is nearby in the other direction.
