The guest bedrooms are generously sized and are accessible to the guest bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The home provides a washer and dryer for tenant convenience as well as a 2 car garage. The front of the home has a covered front door entry and in the back is a fully screened in covered patio as well as a fenced-in backyard with lawn care being included in the rent.
