They added a vaulted covered patio, which mirrors the design of the home’s exterior. It has an outdoor kitchen and large serving counter. Underneath there is plenty of room to relax in the shade. The yard is surrounded by lush tropical foliage The home is close to everything. The to the west, the Gulf is a 5-to-10-minute walk to a popular city park covered with shady Australian pines. To the east is Tampa Bay, the Waterfront Restaurant and soon to be reopened City Pier. To the north, there are the shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue. If you like pickleball, tennis, or exercise, the Anna Maria Community Center is right around the corner.
