The Lunis Creek Ranch is a Gulf Coastal Prairie cattle ranch with good access and some nice oak motts. Soils are predominantly sandy loam. This ranch offers good road frontage and has two good internal gravel roads. There is an older set of pens and an electric water well at the pens. Near the tri-county area where Jackson, Wharton, and Matagorda Counties adjoin, the area is known to have good populations of game, including deer, hogs, waterfowl, and doves. Additional water features include a small tank and stretch of wet weather Lunis Creek. The property is approximately 10 miles southeast of Ganado, and 10 miles west of Midfield, approximately 1 mile north of FM 111. This is a surface only offering (no minerals owned).
