Welcome to Rockfield Estates, a new custom home community located between Greenfield Indiana and New Palestine Indiana within Southern Hancock Schools. Soil testing has been completed, and well and septic are required. Lot 2 includes 1.5 acres with a private rear setting. Community guidelines allow fences and 2400 square foot pole barns. Minimum home size is 2400 square feet for a one story and 2600 square feet for a two story, with at least 1600 square feet required on the main level. Vinyl siding is not permitted. Approved builders are required. Joyner Homes is currently the approved builder for Rockfield Estates and can build custom plans or offer their available designs. Other builders may be considered with developer approval when submitted at the time of the lot offer. Additional lots are available and reservations may be made while inventory remains available.
