VL W Trail 6545 (HB Road)

Thousands of acres of Federal Land on 3 sides! Do I really have to say more? Probably not but I will tell you it as legal access through Federal Trail #6545 (yes, seasonal road) and owns on both sides of the road. Offers a nice mix of hard and soft woods, feds allow trail maintenance, has a permitted outhouse and a camper with a roof over and skirting. There is no value put on the camper, it is old and just used as a place to take off your hunting gear and store it. There is electric at the corner of Brooks and 5 Mile but it would cost a pretty good penny (or two) to bring it through the Federal Land to the property, Possible with Federal permits but may not be practical. This is close to trails and just an all around nice, wooded, square 10 acre parcel. Look for the Pink Survey Tape tied to the trees, not a survey, just showing you the property :-)
