Pleased to represent the Bevis Family Trust in the sale of their family farm located north of Rockwell City, Iowa, and just east of Twin Lakes, Iowa. The portfolio consists of 152.80 acres that will be offered as two individual tracts via public auction utilizing the "Buyers Choice" auction method.
