Park Creek RD

This 156± acre Park Creek Rd timber tract is part of Coos County timberland portfolio of 11 tracts being offered in a November 12 Sealed Bid Auction. It is located in eastern Coos County, one and a half miles south of Coos Mountain, in an area primarily of BLM ownership. Access is from Park Creek Road to the southwest section, which connects to Middle Creek Road and provides access west to Coquille and Highway 42. There are 121± acres of productive forestland with 34± acres of 12 year-old and 87± acres of 18 year-old well-stocked reproduction. The Tract is mostly Site Class III+. Topography is primarily moderate to steep west-facing slopes, with an estimated 85% requiring cable logging. There is a good road with a small portion that is rocked.
