It is located two miles east of the community of McKinley, just east of Ham Bunch Cherry Creek Park. It contains 114± acres of well-stocked 35 year-old Douglas-fir, with estimated 1,973 MBF based on August 2025 cruise update providing near-term cash flow. The Tract is Site Class II. Topography is primarily moderate west-facing slopes, with an estimated 55% requiring cable logging. There is access from Sitkum Lane via BLM Cherry Creek CCC Road to southeast corner.
