It contains 69± acres of 37 year-old Douglas-fir, with estimated 853 MBF, providing near-term cash flow. Tract is Site Class II. Topography is primarily moderate south- and north-facing slopes, with an estimated 80% requiring cable logging. A creek bisects middle of Tract. There is access to the southwest corner from BLM Dora Ridge Road which connects to Lone Pine Lane to the north. Other access is from Lone Rock, adjoining owner to east and south.
