The ‘South Eldorado 44’ is a ±44.3-acre tract located in the central part of Union County along US-167 about two miles south of the US-82 & US-167 intersection. The property features roughly 950 feet of frontage to the west side of US-Hwy 167 aka “Junction City Highway”. Some utilities exist along this highway allowing for commercial building potential or home site potential within the El Dorado School District. The topography consists of well-drained slopes with a small creek drain passing through the property. Nearly 30 acres of the property were cleared and harvested in 2024.
