Welcome to Lot 335, one of Cypress Trail RV Resort's bigger Lake View lots. Since 2016, the original owner has made numerous outstanding improvements. The lot includes a two-zone irrigation system that has been professionally installed and maintained. The lot is filled with palm trees and associated plants. This list includes Canary Island Dale Palms, Sylvester Palms, Fishtail Palms, Calussias, Christmas Palms, Paurotis Palms, Crotons, Tree Gardenia, and King Sago. It also includes a large Tiki Hut, which was installed in 2017. The pavers that were installed throughout the lot brings out the beauty of this property. The layout of the pavers on top of the paved RV pad provides a little more height, improves drainage and reduces any potential flood risk. You can also take use of the extra elevated pavers beneath the tiki, which keep furniture and other items dry. This Tiki also features all of the necessary electrical outlets and power to accommodate any desired entertainment. This lot also includes a 50% FINISHED AMAZON 10X12 shed, which was installed in 2017. The panel, outlets, and switches are located between the shed and the Tiki. Smart switches are put in the shed and on the Tiki Hut to allow remote control of the lot's lighting. Electrical, insulation, a vapor barrier, and bathroom framework have all been installed in the shed. Outside the shed, sewer and water lines have been roughed in for future completion. Outdoor Kitchen Rough-in has been installed beneath the tiki for an outdoor kitchen, including drain, water, and low voltage cabling for network and cable television. Electricity is supplied by a pipe that connects to the Tiki Hut's power panel. Two outlet posts are located along the pavers in front of the Tiki, facing the lake. Additionally, to help drain the lot quickly after rain events, a weeping tile was installed (buried) around the concrete base for the shed and then travels along the southwest side of the Tiki Hut to the grass area in front of the lot towards the lake. The lot has been setup for Low Voltage Installation, including cable, hardwire network cabling and wireless networking. The hardwiring includes cable and RJ45 cables located at four different locations. Two on the posts of the Tiki Hut a third one at the lot power post and the fourth at the kitchen (not wired yet) rough-in. The wiring all comes into the shed in a very neat and tidy network area. The wireless system consists of three Ubiquiti UAP Mesh network modules. The network provides very strong and reliable wireless connectivity. There outdoor furniture and grill are negotiable.
