Access is from Lone Rock to the southwest corner. It is walk-in only.The Tract has well-stocked stands of 13 year-old Douglas-fir on a highly productive growing Site Class I. 60% of tract requires cable logging. A haul permit was used for the eastern section through private ownership to South Sumner Road. A power R.O.W. runs through the eastern section of Tract. A seasonal creek, tributary to Catching Creek, is located along the southeast portion.
