It is located near the small community of Sumner and has 47± acres of 38 year-old Douglas-fir with estimated 1,155 MBF, based on August 2025 cruise update. Ferry Creek bisects the northeast corner, and all roads are dirt. Topography ranges from 120± to 360± feet, and is primarily north-facing Site Class II, with an estimated 75% of the tract requiring cable logging.
