This 79± acre Noble Creek timber tract is part of Coos County timberland portfolio of 11 tracts being offered in a November 12 Sealed Bid Auction. It is located nine miles south of Coos Bay/North Bend with access from Beaver Creek Road by Highway 42. There is an easement through lands owned by Lone Rock and land managed by FIA to the southeast corner. There are 77± acres of productive forestland on Site Class III+. The entire tract has a well-stocked stand of 28 year-old Douglas-fir. Topography ranges from 160± to 480± feet, with dirt logging road along ridgeline. The majority of the property has north-facing slopes, with an estimated 85% requiring cable logging.
