The large mezzanine deck has ample seating with built in picnic tables and a hot tub. Incredible views from the mezzanine and upper deck. Do all of your entertaining on the mezzanine and leave the upstairs for winding down and relaxing. Upstairs is the main level with room to sleep 12 in beds as the master has a King bed and the other 2 bedrooms on the main level have 2 queens each. There is also a bonus area between the master bath and the utility room with 2 bunks that is very popular with the kids or last minute guest. 3 of the couches are full beds and one is a twin bed. Downstair has plenty of room as well for frying fish, BBQ or a good old crawfish or shrimp boil.
