Actual rent will be calculated based on total boat length ($40/ft). Features: 50-amp shore power connection, fresh water hookup, secure & well-lit, no fixed bridges (ocean access), safe no-wake zone, parking for up to 2 vehicles. Easy access to the ocean, downtown Fort Lauderdale, and Port Everglades. Water and electric included. Overnight or continuous electric use subject to additional charges. Restrictions on use: Access only between 6am to 10pm. 24-hour advance notice required to access property. No liveaboards, parties, loud music (while docked), loitering, or overnight stays.
