In the Commercial Land Use section of the Village of Wellsville, there are a couple of gorgeous Storage Warehouses for sale! Hanover Street is a lightly traveled, paved asphalt, two-lane street that is village-maintained. This neighborhood also offers storm sewers and overhead lighting.
