Expansive windows overlook the river, offering sunset views and nature scenes at every turn. The 3-season enclosed sun porch adds a comfortable, sunny sitting area, and the lower level provides additional sleeping space and a second living/dining room for casual gatherings. An upper loft could be used as an office or work-from-home space. Outside, enjoy the seasonal hot water shower. A deck perched on the rivers edge promises solitude or a base for fishing and kayaking. The monthly rent INCLUDES UTILITIES: water, trash removal, high speed satellite internet, and up to $250 of electricity monthly.
