The land is nearly flat at the top ridge and slopes gently before becoming steep as it approaches the river. Please note that the land is steep along the river and highway 88 frontage, but can be easily accessed by a deeded 15 foot right of way from Ed Little Road. There is no safe direct access to the river because of impressive rock walls along the river frontage.
