The property rises gently along an old dirt road as it slopes gently up to the top of the mountain. The deer love to come for how protected it is and for the water, but it the property does not perc for a septic system. Over there you will also find a prolific spring which currently serves the old white house and property that is in between. Open land lays on both sides of the creek and the stream. A pond might be possible near to where the stream crosses over. This may help to better manage the flow of water too. There is a place at the road for an entrance that could provide a comfortable way to turn in to and out of the property in either direction. You'll see it is very near to the neighbor's driveway.
