This Church has a sanctuary to seat approx 100 people. Downstairs there is office space as well as nursery. Beyond that there is a dining area which adjoins a very functional kitchen. Presently the back portion of the property has an attached 3 bedroom apartment with its own kitchen and bath. There is also a two bedroom one bath unit that is using the downstairs kitchen. Both these units are occupied by interns training to go on assignment in the near future. A rent back of these units until then is to be negotiated. At this time the facility is being used by another Church on Sundays and not to be shown that day unless by specific appointment. The lockbox may be used anytime except Sunday, Tuesday 7-9 and Thursday 6:30 to 8:30 to show the Sanctuary, and all of basement. The two units occupied by the interns will need appointments.
