Alpendorf Avenue

Stake a claim on your own little piece of Vermont, at the foot of the Green Mountain National Forest. This 1.2-acre triangular lot rises up from the road and may allow peekaboo views of the surrounding valley starting in late-fall, once the region's famous foliage drops away. It's located in Alpenwald Village, with community-maintained roads rolling up and down the area's hilly topography.
